Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms govern your use of stitchbound.pro and the products sold there. The service is operated by ALFREDOXA LLC, doing business as Stitchbound, 12150 Race St, Northglenn, CO 80241, USA ("we", "us", "Stitchbound"). By purchasing a pack or joining the Studio Club you agree to what follows.

1. What we sell

Stitchbound sells digital crochet and quilt patterns as downloadable, print-ready PDF files. You can buy either or both of the following:

No physical goods are manufactured, sold, or shipped under this agreement.

2. Pricing and recurring billing

Stitchbound sells one-time pattern packs. The Studio Club is a separate, optional monthly membership. The two are billed independently: buying a pack does not enroll you in the Studio Club, and you are only charged the recurring Studio Club fee if you affirmatively opt in at checkout.

You are never enrolled in the Studio Club automatically. Recurring billing begins only after you tick the Studio Club opt-in box and its accompanying recurring-payment authorization at checkout. By ticking those boxes you authorise us to store your payment credentials with our payment processor and to charge $49.99 USD monthly on the schedule above without further authorisation from you, until the subscription is cancelled. The exact amounts and dates are displayed to you before you pay.

All amounts are in US dollars and are inclusive of any sales tax where we are required to charge it. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a conversion fee we neither receive nor control. If a payment fails we may retry it a small number of times over the following days; if it keeps failing, access is suspended until the balance is settled.

Prices may change. If they do, we will tell you by email at least thirty days before the new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancel from the account area, from our cancellation page, by emailing support@stitchbound.pro, or by calling +1 (928) 612-2752. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing: no further charge is made once you have cancelled. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, no retention process, and no requirement to speak to anyone. A request counts from the moment you send it, not from when we process it.

4. Delivery of digital content

Access is granted electronically and immediately on payment. Nothing is posted or shipped. Full details of what you receive and when are in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. You consent to the digital content being made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that by downloading files you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content in your jurisdiction.

5. Licence and permitted use

For any pattern you have copied while your membership was active, and for as long as you hold a copy, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

You may not:

6. Intellectual property

All patterns, photographs, text, video, layouts, and other material in the library remain the property of ALFREDOXA LLC or of our licensors, and are protected by copyright. The licence in section 5 is permission to use that material within stated limits; it transfers no ownership. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission. If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, write to support@stitchbound.pro with enough detail to identify the work and we will investigate promptly.

7. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. Keep your login details to yourself; the account is for your personal use and may not be shared, sold, or used by more than one household. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it. Files you downloaded while your membership was active remain yours to keep and use under the licence above after you cancel — we do not remotely disable or expire downloaded PDFs.

8. Availability and changes to the library

We aim to keep the library available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and faults happen. Individual patterns may occasionally be revised, corrected, or withdrawn — for example where an error is found or where a licence with a designer ends. The overall size and character of the library will not be materially reduced during a period you have paid for.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to distribute our files, or that is used fraudulently. Where we close an account for a breach, no refund is due.

10. Disclaimers

The service and the patterns are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. We do not warrant that a pattern will suit a particular purpose, or that following one will produce a specific result — outcomes depend on your own data, inputs, and how you adapt the pattern. Figures, formulas, and projections are provided as tools, not financial, tax, or accounting advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you arising out of or connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Refunds are dealt with in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before contacting your bank. We can usually resolve a billing problem within one business day, and there are situations — a charge after cancellation, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount — that we refund without argument. A chargeback takes weeks and gives us no way to simply put the matter right for you.

Filing a chargeback for a subscription you used and did not cancel may result in the account being closed. Nothing here affects your legal right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and we will not penalise you for exercising a right you are entitled to.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the law of the place you live.
